MUNFORDVILLE, Ky. – A boil water advisory has been issued for Munfordville.

That’s according to a social media post Tuesday by Munfordville Tourism.

Details on the cause of the advisory are limited at this time.

During a boil water advisory, affected customers are normally advised to boil water for consumption, cooking and brushing teeth until further notice.

At least one local business, The Brew House, has stated it is closed due to the advisory.
