Body found on Butler County property, investigation underway

ROCHESTER, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police is conducting a death investigation in Butler County.

According to a release, KSP Post 3 responded to a report of an unresponsive male on a property at approximately 9 am in Rochester on Monday.

Public Affairs Officer Trooper Katan Parker says troopers located a deceased male on a property in the 8000 block of Rochester Road.

Parker says there is no immediate threat to the community.

The identity of the man has not been released.

The investigation is ongoing.
