Blaze Pizza participating in governor’s health care heroes appreciation week

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. –  Governor Beshear announced Thursday that next week (August 22 – 28) will be health care heroes appreciation week in Kentucky. He explicitly called on restaurants to give back to health care workers in whatever ways they can.

Blaze pizza has decided to participate by offering any health care worker $5 off an 11-inch pizza, all week. All they have to do is show their i.d., or other proof of employment from any health care organization in Kentucky, at the register.

Millennial restaurant group, the Kentucky-based franchisee of Blaze pizza, is encouraging other restaurants to participate as well. The Bowling Green location is at 2825 Scottsville Road.
