Black Stone Cherry to headline benefit concert for family of local music legend

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A local music legend will be remembered in January.
Lindsey Production Group will host “A Concert for Marc” on Saturday, January 17, at 7 pm at The Capitol by Warren County Public Library.
The benefit concert will support the family of Marc Owens, who passed away on Friday, December 19.
Owens was the founder of High Street Studios. The studio recorded music for Government Cheese, Jonelle Mosser and the Ken Smith Band.
Owens also ran sound for Chris Carmichael and The Kentucky Headhunters.
The concert will feature a special acoustic appearance by Blackstone Cherry, Government Cheese and The Josephines.
