BGPD Detective recognized for work with Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A Bowling Green police detective is being recognized for his work with the Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force.

Detective Clifton Phelps was recently honored after his assignment with the Drug Task Force came to an end.

Drug Task Force Director, Tommy Loving, presented Phelps with a plaque for his hard work.

Phelps is responsible for identifying six major drug organizations and taking many pounds of methamphetamine and other drugs off the streets.
