BGMU to close lane of U.S. 31-W

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – BGMU says the far right northeast lane of U.S. 31-W will be closed beginning Monday, June 13.

The lane, located between Natcher Lane and River Street, will be closed for about a month due to sidewalk repairs in front of the BGMU Water Treatment Plant.

BGMU says the Water Treatment Plant has been undergoing a major renovation that will increase plant capacity from 30 to 45 million gallons per day to meet the needs of the growing community.

It is estimated construction will be complete later this year.
