BGMU Names Manager of Business Development and Marketing

Bowling Green Municipal Utilities is pleased to announce the promotion of Christy Twyman to the position of Manager of Business Development and Marketing. Twyman holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees from Western Kentucky University. She began her employment with BGMU as LAN Administrator in the Information Systems department in 2001. Her knowledge of current customer service account software and her IT background will be a great benefit as she leads the customer service and marketing departments and supports the electric, water/wastewater and fiber divisions in sales, key accounts and customer education.

Twyman, originally from Bowling Green, is married to Kory Twyman and has two children. She will transition to her new role in the utility beginning October 21.
