Bevin tours Logan technical center

RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – Gov. Matt Bevin toured the Logan County Career and Technical Center Friday afternoon.

He stopped in each of the departments asking instructors and administrators about the 21 career pathways offered through the technical center and Logan County High School.

The center opened in January and enrollment has grown from 580 students to about 750.

Bevin briefly spoke to Camden Bond, 16, about his robotics studies.

Bond was working at a laser engraving station.
