Beshear: flags should return to full-staff at sunset Thursday

FRANKFORT, Ky. – Earlier this month, Gov. Andy Beshear directed that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff in honor and remembrance of former Vice President Dick Cheney.

According to the governor’s office, Cheney will be interred in a private ceremony following his funeral Thursday morning at the Washington National Cathedral.
