Beshear announces funding to support recycling, waste reduction

FRANKFORT, Ky. – Multiple south-central Kentucky counties are set to get funding to boost recycling and household hazardous waste efforts.

Over $50,000 is headed to Allen County for both recycling and HHW projects. Around $22,000 will be heading to Logan County as well.

The City of Glasgow has received $15,000, and Warren County received $60,000 solely in HHW grants.

No projects have been solidified for this funding as of right now, but News 40 will update you when we learn more.
