BBB gives most Buc-ee’s locations “F” ratings, includes Smiths Grove
A Texas-based travel-center chain has received the Better Business Bureau’s lowest possible rating at most of its locations.
According to a CBS News report, the BBB issued an “F” grade to Buc-ee’s after identifying a pattern of “not addressing customer complaints.”
Buc-ee’s does not have assistance phone numbers on its website and emails go unanswered, according to a BBB claim.
BBB says 88 complaints were filed against the business.
33 Buc-ee’s locations have received “F” ratings, two “A” ratings and two “C” ratings.
The Buc-ee’s located in Smiths Grove was given a “F” rating, according to the BBB website.
Buc-ee’s has a location in Smiths Grove. It opened in June 2024.
