Barren County High School announces its new head principal
BARREN COUNTY, Ky.- Barren County Schools announced the new head principal for Barren County High School on Monday.
The third-generation educator just finished her thirtieth year. Now she is advancing the legacy of Barren County schools and leading the next generation of students to success.
News 40 stopped by to meet the new principal and learned how she was handling the title.
Letitia Hughes, the new Barren County High School’s head principal, tells us, “They know me. They know my work ethic. They know my love for Barron County High School, and I hope that our students, staff, families, and communities are showing out and supporting me in this new role with, from the looks of everything here. it’s a great day to be a Trojan.”
This new principal has lots more instore, along with excitement surrounding the students she will be leading.
