Back Up the Blue event honoring Officer Matt Davis and his service
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- The Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center hosted the Back Up the Blue Benefit Concert.
The concert brought out many members of the Bowling Green community. One hundred percent of the proceeds went to support Officer Matt Davis.
With several performing acts Caryn Dixon Michael Fabrizio Charlie Berry Ben Gallaher and many others; the support was there. However, it would not be possible without the support of Nate Johnson the event coordinator. He says, ” I got together with a bunch of my buddies and said, How how can we bring the Nashville songwriting family up together with my Bowling Green Police family while bringing awareness to his recovery and the amazing sacrifice that he’s made for this community?”
The dream along with the limitless determination to support this community hero was not only an opportunity to give back it also is a chance to unite the community.
