Aviation Heritage Park & Museum opening new gallery in honor of Independence Day

BOWLING GREEN, KY –Aviation Heritage Park & Museum will celebrate Independence Day with the opening of the new Freedom Gallery Saturday, July 4.
The event will honor the three distinguished military aviators, CW03 Charles Browning, Lt. Col. General Roark, and CW4 Timothy “T-Bone” Vincent, for their service, leadership, and sacrifice that helped defend freedom across generations of American History.
“These aviators represent courage, dedication, and a lifelong commitment to the country. We are honored to share their stories with our community and future generations,” said Bob Bubnis, Executive Director of Aviation Heritage Park & Museum.
Bubnis said the Freedom Gallery is to help preserve the personal stories behind each military service.
The Freedom Gallery will add to the growing collection of the museum’s catalog, celebrating people, aircraft and events that have shaped aviation history and military service.
