Authorities continue to search for escapee

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – It’s day four in the hunt for Benjamin Pedigo.

Pedigo was working as part of a three-man crew Sunday night at the Warren County Regional Jail when he was assisting with trash take out and took of running.

Pedigo is a non-violent Class D inmate that, prior to escape, allowed him to participate in supervised work programs in and outside of the jail facilities.

Kentucky State Police are overseeing the investigation, and Pedigo will face escape charges once he is caught.
