Wisconsin man confesses to murder in Washington County, Kentucky

SHELBYVILLE, Ky.- A Wisconsin man confessed to murder in Washington County, Kentucky this weekend. Investigators say 23-year-old Roosevelt Davis broke into a home in Springfield on Friday morning.
