What this means is advertisements or things in our daily environment can remind us of experiences we had eating good food, which can cause us to eat unhealthy or overeat.
A study on the impact of stress on surgeons yielded some surprising results. The results, published in the JAMA network, found surgeons experiencing stress performed better in surgery, which led to fewer surgical complications. While the authors warn that excessive stress may cause worse performance, moderate amounts of stress may lead people to perform better.
