New study shows that muscle strength can help you survive cancer

Boosting your muscle strength also boosts your chances of survival from cancer. A study in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found cancer patients with good muscle strength and cardiorespiratory fitness were 31 to 46 less likely to ultimately die from the disease. Antibiotics, vaccinations, and anti-inflammatory medications can reduce your risk of dementia. A study by the University of Cambridge says this supports the hypothesis that dementia may be triggered by viral or bacterial infections.
