Michigan woman arrested in Glasgow, faces stolen vehicle charge

GLASGOW, Ky.- The Glasgow Police Department has arrested a woman from Michigan on a stolen vehicle charge. Officers located the vehicle on Happy Valley Road after receiving a “Flock Alert” and conducted the traffic stop.
