Auburn man arrested on drug charges, served six active warrants

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – An Auburn man is in custody after being arrested at a convenience store in Warren County.
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy arrived at the Five Star located on Louisville Road and located Ray Dean Gordon, 49, of Auburn, early Thursday morning. Authorities say Gordon had six active warrants in Warren County.
During the investigation, the deputy says a bag containing crystal-like substances, believed to be methamphetamine, was found on Gordon.
Gordon is charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense (methamphetamine), and drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.
Gordon was served outstanding warrants on charges of but not limited to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense (greater or equal to 10 drug unspecified), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense (less than 4 grams cocaine), persistent felony offender I and first-degree bail jumping.
