Attorney general releases update on Letcher County shooting case

LETCHER COUNTY, Ky. – On Monday, Attorney General Russell Coleman gave an update on a hearing in Letcher County involving a fatal shooting.
Coleman says that sheriff Shawn “Mickey” Stines will be arraigned in Letcher County District Court on Wednesday, Sept. 25 at 11 a.m.
He will appear virtually before a special judge.
