Atmos Energy and The Foundry give away backpacks and lunch bags
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – One local organization in Bowling Green will be giving back to the community this weekend.
The Foundry will be giving away free backpacks, lunch bags and water bottles on Saturday. This will take place in the parking lot of the Foundry Christian Community Center. The center is located at 531 West 11th Ave. The event will go on from 3 to 5 p.m.
In the case of rain, the event will be pushed to Sunday. The giveaway is made possible with the help of Atmos Energy, that has donated 400 bags and water bottles. All students in the Bowling Green area are welcome.
