Arrest warrant issued for 2nd suspect in armed robbery

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Bowling Green Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for a second suspect connected to an armed robbery.

BGPD public information officer Ronnie Ward says Anthony Young, 25, of Louisville is wanted for first-degree robbery after a reported robbery Tuesday afternoon on Sheppard Court.

The first suspect, Adrian Cannon, 24, was arrested yesterday.

Both men are accused of assaulting the victim and stealing property.

Police say Young is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall and 170 pounds. He may have a handgun and should be considered armed and dangerous, according to police.
