Arrest made in urgent manhunt out of Wayne Co.
Wayne Co., Ky.- State police have arrested a person of interest after a woman was found dead inside a burning home. Joseph Fulton was arrested around 8:30 P.M. Friday, November 8th. He is charged with murder and first-degree arson.
