Annual book sale raises over $17,000 for Friends of the Library – Warren County

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The fundraising results are in after Warren County Public Library’s annual book sale.

According to a social media post, the book sale generated $17,212.25 for Friends of the Library-Warren County. The library says this will support its programs, such as Summer and Winter Reading.

The library says volunteers for the event logged nearly 712 hours to run the event.

Every year, the library hosts the sale, which offers books, DVDs, CDs, records and more to raise funds for community programs.

This year’s event was held at the Bob Kirby Branch.
