Allen County-Scottsville High School student death confirmed, sheriff says

ALLEN COUNTY, Ky. – An Allen County-Scottsville High School student has died, according to authorities.

Allen County sheriff Brandon Ford confirmed the death of a teen male on Tuesday and says he was taken to Med Center in Warren County.

An identity has not been released at this time.

Ford says the incident is under investigation as a possible drug overdose death, but they are waiting on autopsy and toxicology results.
