Allen County 4-H Youth Development hosting winter clothing drive

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – One local group is asking for support to host a winter clothing giveaway in Scottsville.

Allen County 4-H Youth Development took to Facebook Thursday to share more information, saying its Helping Hands Club and Poultry Club are hosting a winter clothing drive.

Any donations of winter clothing will go to support an upcoming clothing giveaway on Jan. 18, organizers say.

The giveaway will be hosted from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Allen County Public Library. Donations can be dropped off at the Allen County Extension Office.

The event is free for those in need.
