Alleged “peeping tom” arrested after looking into State Street window
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green man allegedly looked through a window while a woman was undressing.
WKU Police stated that it responded to complaints of a suspicious person looking into the windows of a State Street building on the evening of Thursday, July 3.
An officer located James Cilone, 60, of Bowling Green, sitting in a raised flower bed underneath a window of the building.
The complainant told the officer she was undressing when she saw Cilone allegedly looking at her from outside the window.
Cilone allegedly told the officer he was “dumpster diving” on Chestnut Street and was walking home when he decided to take a “break.”
The officer arrested Cilone and transported him to the Warren County Regional Jail.
Cilone is charged with voyeurism.
