Glasgow police investigating exit ramp collision

GLASGOW, Ky. – The Glasgow Police Department is investigating an two-vehicle accident.
Public Information Officer Major Terry Flatt says the department responded to the intersection of Scottsville Road and Louie B. Nunn Parkway exit ramp 11 on Sunday to reports of an injury accident.
Flatt says a vehicle, driven by Angela Brock, was operating on the Louie B Nunn Parkway exit ramp. Brock pulled out from the exit ramp, stopped, and was struck by a vehicle operated by Brayden Shipp. Shipp was traveling southbound on Scottsville Road.
Flatt says Brock was flown from the site of the accident to TriStar Skyline Medical Center for serious injuries.
A passenger in Brock’s vehicle, Angeli Levi, was transported to TJ Samson Hospital for injury treatment. Levi was flown to Vanderbilt Hospital for further treatment.
Shipp did not sustain injuries in the crash.
The accident closed the road for several hours and has since reopened.
The investigation of the accident remains ongoing.
