Underage drinking forum scheduled for next month in Hart County

MUNFORDVILLE, Ky.- School officials and law enforcement in Hart County are partnering for a forum to educate students and their parents on the dangers of underage drinking.

The forum is scheduled to take place inside of the Hart County High School cafeteria on Tuesday, April 16 at 6 p.m.

The keynote speaker will be from the Office of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

The event is free and open to the public.

This is the second forum in recent months sponsored by the Hart County Sheriff’s Department and Hart County School District, tackling an issue affecting students.

The two recently partnered for an event on the dangers of electronic cigarettes.
