Simply Ramen now open in new location

BOWLING GREEN Ky.- A long-awaited day for many ramen lovers.

Simply Ramen has now opened its doors for the first day of business in the new location.

At 11 a.m. Thursday, the locally owned Bowling Green restaurant had a grand opening. The new location is 801 Campbell Lane. A Facebook post on Simply Ramen’s re-opening had fans excited, as it had nearly 200 reactions, and nearly 60 shares.

Owner Rob Sparkman says he was also awaiting the day he could serve customers in the new location, as it features more space, a bar table and a private dining room.

Sparkman says he’s confident the turnout for day one will be outstanding, and he’s thankful for his loyal customer base.

“Anywhere from between 50 to 100 people. For today, I think it’s going to be a great turnout throughout the day. For lunch time, I think it’s going to be a pretty good turnout. All my loyal customers, they’re ready,” Sparkman said.
