Russellville man charged with child sexual exploitation offenses

RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police Post 2 arrested William E. Dulworth, 37, of Russellville on charges related to child sexual abuse material.
KSP initiated an investigation after receiving information that Dulworth was using a fake social media account to coerce and threaten juveniles to send him explicit images and videos, according to a release from KSP.
The investigation resulted in a search warrant at a residence in Russellville. Equipment used to facilitate the alleged crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination, according to the release. The investigation is ongoing by Detective Hunter Carroll.
Dulworth is currently charged with use of a minor (under 16) in a sex performance, possess/view matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and prohibited use of electronic communication system to procure a minor, according to the release.
Dulworth was lodged in the Logan County Detention Center. As of Wednesday night he was being held without bond.
