Aymeric Laporte’s header in the 82nd minute sealed the victory over a Tottenham side being managed by 29-year-old interim rookie Ryan Mason after Jose Mourinho’s firing on Monday. Victory at Wembley in front of 7,773 fans completed the first part of a potential treble for Pep Guardiola’s Premier League leaders with an upcoming Champions League semifinal against Paris Saint-Germain.
