Bowling Green Junior High School Lego robotics project to be presented Saturday

BOWLING GREEN Ky.-Students at Bowling Green Junior High School are literally building up to a unique experience. They’re doing that with Legos.

The BGJHS Lego robotics team has recently completed their project, and they are being submitted for presentation on Saturday.

Normally, this would involve a gathering at Northern Kentucky University, but videos are being submitted this year due to covid. These videos will be reviewed by judges.

The team’s coach Matt Staggs said he loves seeing the kids showcase their skills and creativity, and he’s glad the show was still able to go on.

“All of their hard work just comes to a head on Saturday. They’ll get to finally present what they’ve worked so hard on since August,” Staggs said.
