Glasgow police arrest Circle K armed robbery suspect
GLASGOW, Ky.- Glasgow police say they’ve arrested the man they believe is responsible for an armed robbery at a Circle K store.
William Jackson is charged with first-degree robbery, and intimidating a participant in the legal process.
Acting on a tip today, Glasgow police say they found Jackson hiding upstairs in a residence on South Broadway Street.
Police say Jackson robbed the Circle K store on Columbia Avenue early Monday morning and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash and several packages of cigarettes.
Jackson is lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.
