Local eateries expecting great sales around Super Bowl time

BOWLING GREEN Ky.-Super Bowl Sunday will be here before we know it. It’s a night of sports, good times and, of course, food.

Foods like pizza and chicken wings are popular Super Bowl options, and local eateries like Double Dogs and Donatos Pizza are expecting sales to be great the week leading up to the game.

According to Spence Sheldon, owner of the Bowling Green Donatos Pizza locations, sales are generally up 30 to 40% around the Super Bowl.

Sheldon says one of his favorite things about the Super Bowl is seeing his staff serve the community, and he’s confident the community will turn out for their Super Bowl needs.

Sheldon recommends placing orders in advance for the Super Bowl, to ensure that the staff can provide the highest quality eating for your big night.
