Bowling Green High School band honors veterans with patriotic songs

BOWLING GREEN Ky.- In commemoration of Veterans Day, the Bowling Green High School band filled the band room with the sound of brass, woodwind and percussion instruments, honoring the nation’s armed forces.

The Bowling Green High School band Veterans Day salute was released on the band’s Twitter page, featuring the young musicians performing patriotic songs including U.S. Navy Anchors Away, U.S. Marines’ Hymn, U.S. Army Caisson Song and the U.S. Airforce song.

All students were masked, even those playing brass and woodwind instruments.
