Junior Achievement celebrates WKU homecoming with Chili & Cheese

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – It might have been a little bit warmer Thursday than normal – but inside Montana Grille – it was all chili.

Today the 70th annual Chili & Cheese event for Western Kentucky University’s homecoming was celebrated at Montana Grille.

The luncheon, was sponsored by BlueCotton and Wendy’s, and presented by Junior Achievement and the WKU Alumni Association.

While the festivities did not include the traditional homecoming pep rally program, Topper fans still came to support their team leading up to the homecoming football game.

Participants ordered meals to go, while wearing masks and socially distancing. They were also able to purchase WKU homecoming merchandise outside of the restaurant.
