Glasgow man charged with sodomy on child under 12 years old

GLASGOW, Ky.- A 30-year-old man is behind bars after being charged with sodomy on a child less than 12 years of age.

Glasgow police and the Tompkinsville Police Department arrested, Maverick Parr, of Glasgow.

Parr is charged with first-degree sodomy on a victim under the age of 12, use of a minor under the age of 16 in a sex performance, third-degree rape and possess and/or view matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.

Parr was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center. His bond is set at $750,000.
