Driver injured after vehicle is struck by train in Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A driver was injured Saturday afternoon after his vehicle was struck by a train.

According to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to a railroad crossing on Dillard Road just before 3:00 p.m.

Authorities say Trevion Carver, 19, was going through the crossing when a CSX train struck the car.

Carver was taken to the Medical Center at Bowling Green.

His condition is unknown.
