Cave City Police: 123.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine discovered during traffic stop
CAVE CITY, Ky.- Cave City police arrested a man after a traffic stop nets more than 100 grams of suspected methamphetamine.
According to Cave City police, officers pulled over Robert Boyd, 39, of Glasgow, after police say they observed him on I-65 northbound cross the center line two times.
After a brief investigation, officers say a police K-9 gave a positive alert on the vehicle.
During a search, officers say they located two bags containing approximately 123.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine, marijuana and cash.
Boyd was arrested on possession and trafficking charges as well as careless driving.
Boyd was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.
