Kentucky Downs closed until March 30

FRANKLIN, Ky.- Kentucky Downs is closing down its operations for the next two weeks due to COVID-19.

According to a post on the attraction’s Facebook page, Kentucky Downs has not encountered any issues with guests or employees with COVID-19, but decided it was best to close down.

During the last couple of weeks, employees at Kentucky Downs have taken several preventative efforts with frequent cleaning and additional sanitation stations.

The scheduled reopen date is Monday, March 30.
