RAINY BUT WARM SATURDAY
Although we’ve had a few showers move through South Central Kentucky the last few days, rainfall has been mostly hit-or-miss. That’s going to change heading into Easter Weekend. Tonight trends dry and warm with lows dropping to the mid-60s. Showers and thunderstorms become more prevalent Saturday, especially later in the day as a cold front moves through. We’ll see highs in the low 80s but temperatures will drop sharply after the front moves through.
DRIER, COOLER EASTER
The rain moves out in time for Easter but it will leave cooler conditions behind, with highs only in the low to mid-60s early next week. We likely won’t break out of the 50s Tuesday before temperatures rebound into the 70s by mid-week. Morning lows will cool considerably, dropping into the 30s early next week! Skies stay dry through the middle of next week.
