Emergency personnel respond to vehicle fire in Christian Co.

CHRISTIAN COUNTY, Ky. – Emergency personnel responded to a reported vehicle fire on Sunday afternoon.

According to the Christian County Sheriff’s Office, on Oct. 4 around 12:53 p.m., deputies were dispatched to assist in the investigation of a vehicle fire on Howard Dickerson Road.

Firefighters from Pembroke, Trenton, Fairview and Oak Grove extinguished the fire, authorities say.

In addition, deputies say a home suffered minor damage. The sheriff’s office says the van is a total loss.

According to deputies, no injuries were reported. The fire remains under investigation.
