Med Center Health holds concert for Adult Day Center clients

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Rock ‘n’ roll took over Bowling Green Ballpark Thursday morning, as Med Center Health brought together Adult Day Center clients from across the area.

The ballpark hosted the concert for the fourth year, with organizers saying attendance once again broke a record. Med Center Health was joined by other adult day centers that serve older adults and people with disabilities.

Organizers say the event gives clients a chance to get out, connect with others, and make new friends, all while enjoying some rock ‘n’ roll.

“This is my 25th year of doing this. As far as being the director of the daycare. This is outstanding. You know, just the fun, they have watched them get to interact with each other, sing along with the singers. Just an amazing event” said Director of the Med Center Adult Day Center Steve Creekmore.

Creekmore says they’ve had an increase in participation each of the fours years since hosting this event ,with a few hundred attendees joining them this year.
