Young Artists’ Competition begins in Warren County

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A Bowling Green business and an organization are teaming up to find a few good young artists.

Community Education and U.S. Bank are inviting students in Bowling Green and Warren County to participate in the annual U.S. Bank Young Artists’ Competition.

This year’s theme is Imaginary Places.

Students in Warren County, kindergarten through high school seniors, are encouraged to let their artwork show who they are, what they think about, dream about, or can imagine.

The winners will each receive a $50 Visa gift card.

The grand prize winner will have his or her artwork on display at the Warren County Public Library’s Smiths Grove branch from May 12-June 30 and then the Bob Kirby branch during the month of July.

The official call for entries and entry forms have been sent to art teachers in all public and private schools in Warren County.
