Body found in Drakes Creek identified as 29-year-old Bowling Green man
WARREN COUNTY, Ky. – The Warren County Sheriff’s Office has released the identity of a man found dead off of Old Scottsville Road on Wednesday, Sept. 2.
According to the sheriff’s office, the male has been identified as 29-year-old Ryan Quinn of Bowling Green.
Authorities are asking for the community’s assistance.
If anyone observed Quinn near the Reginald Kirby Bridge on Old Scottsville Road or anyone else near the bridge on or around Thursday, Aug. 27 through Wednesday, Sept. 2, or if anyone was with Quinn at any time during those dates, contact the Warren County Sheriff’s Office immediately.
Deputies say Quinn was about 5 feet 10 inches tall.
According to deputies, Quinn was found dead at 1:21 p.m. Wednesday in Drakes Creek near the Reginald Kirby Bridge in the 1200 block of Old Scottsville Road.
Upon arrival, deputies say they located Quinn. He was transported to the coroner’s office from the scene, and an autopsy will be in progress in Louisville.
