Firefighters respond to tractor fire in Metcalfe County

CENTER, Ky. – Firefighters responded to a tractor fire Tuesday evening.

According to a social media post from the North Metcalfe Volunteer Fire Department, firefighters responded to Rockland Mills Road to a report of a farm equipment fire with possible exposure to a home.

After arriving at the scene, firefighters located a tractor and hay roller on fire in a field. Units contained and extinguished the fire.

No injuries were reported, according to the post.

Edmonton/Metcalfe Volunteer Fire Department provided mutual aid.
