Lincoln County youth pastor charged with sexual exploitation charges involving minor

HUSTONVILLE, Ky. (K105) – A Lincoln County youth pastor is facing sexual exploitation offenses involving a minor.
That’s according to a report by K105, which states 48-year-old Jason Coulter of Hustonville has been charged with third-degree sodomy, possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor, promoting a sexual performance by a minor and procuring the use of a minor by electronic means.
K105 reports Coulter was a youth pastor at Green River Pentecostal Church located in Hustonville.
According to the report, while speaking with law enforcement, Coulter admitted to “having a sexual relationship” with a female minor.
Coulter was transported to the Pulaski County Detention Center.
