Christian County man flees police, crashes vehicle before being arrested

CHRISTIAN COUNTY, Ky. – A Hopkinsville man was arrested following a police pursuit Tuesday evening.
According to the Christian County Sheriff’s Office, deputies attempted to stop a vehicle driven by 38-year-old Jordan Satterfield of Hopkinsville on Greenville Road.
CCSO says the pursuit continued to Christian Quarry Road, where Satterfield’s vehicle crashed into a fence and a large rock. Satterfield attempted to flee the scene on foot before being arrested.
Satterfield is charged with one headlight, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, speeding, first-degree fleeing or evading police, no operator’s license, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, first-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree fleeing or evading police. He is lodged at the Christian County Jail.
